Submissions are open for events that showcase innovation and startups, foster meaningful connections, and advance a global energy transition. From panels and pitches to workshops, networking events, and demonstrations, your contribution will help shape the conversation around energy transition and climate solutions in Houston.
Plan an event then submit it to our Luma Calendar
Submit to our calendar
Use the “Submit Event” button on our Luma page. You can submit either an existing Luma event or an external event.
When submitting, select from three appropriate tag options: Houston Energy + Climate Startup Week, Paid Event and/or Invite-Only.
Await approval
Approved events will automatically appear on the calendar.
To be considered as part of Houston Energy and Climate Startup Week, all submissions must be received by August 15, 2025.
Note: Submission does not guarantee inclusion. All events are reviewed carefully to ensure alignment with the week’s focus.
